Join us for Diverse Ability Yoga, a compassionate and inclusive yoga class designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re an individual with unique physical or sensory needs, a total beginner, or a parent sharing yoga with your child, this class is for you!

The purpose of the class is to create an empowering and inclusive space where everyone can enjoy the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. Whether you’re here to build strength, find peace, or connect with loved ones, this class is designed with YOU in mind.

  • When: Mondays 4:30-5:30pm CST

  • Cost: 3 currencies accepted - $5 / barter / commitment

What You’ll Need:

  • A yoga mat, sturdy chair, or open space

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Any supportive tools you prefer (blocks, cushions, etc.)

  • A laptop or way to project Zoom screen on a wall

  • A willingness to move, breathe, and have fun

  1. Money - $5/person for online class

  2. Barter - Items or services mutually agreed upon that are traded without involving money

  3. Commitment - Identify a very specific act or service you can provide to yourself, your family, or the community that will bring good into the world. This commitment must be shared with the instructor prior to the start of class.
