Morning Yoga is an opportunity to recalibrate the alignment of mind, body, and breath to prepare yourself for the day.
This class consists of meditation, stretching and breathwork. Focusing on the breath and intentional movement can relieve tension from the joints, spine, digestive system, and the primary muscle groups. This is a great way to check in with yourself and body before starting the work day.
Money - $10/person
Barter - Items or services mutually agreed upon that are traded without involving money
Commitment - Identify a very specific act or service you can provide to yourself, your family, or the community that will bring good into the world. This commitment must be shared with the instructor prior to the start of class.
