Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice focused on gentle and slow movements to ease the whole body and mind. Restorative sequences have only about five or six poses, usually supported by props, as the teacher guides you into a state of rest. Restorative yoga can activate the para-sympathetic, or relaxation response of the body, helping to balance the whole nervous system and set up the whole body for deep healing, growth and repair.

Wear comfy and cozy clothes! Bring your own blanket, if desired.
